The GOLDEN SKILLS project intents to provide parents with the right tools and knowledge to be able to educate their children about finance and financial literacy. Financial literacy is a key competence and needs to be regarded as such. It is as essential a skill for inclusion as any other form of literacy. The intellectual outputs of the project include teaching tools for teenagers, infographics, a programme for parents that will support them in teaching their children about financial skills, and a digital portal that will provide innovative online course-ware.
